Well, a surprise moment for us turned into a great service story. Closing the door after parking the car in our double-garage on Monday, a big bang. One of the coil springs failed. I saw the sticker for The Door Company on our door from its installation when we built the house ten years ago and called for help. A trapped car is a bit of a problem. The company sent a technician, and we had springs replaced and both doors inspected and lubricated in, seriously, less than an hour. This may be a happy scheduling coincidence, but I think it's a well-run company. Great service! Happy customers over here.

Had such a good experience last summer for a repair that when my torsion spring broke they were the only door repair I considered calling and once I indicated my car was trapped inside the garage due to this, I was put on a priority list and the repair was conducted in a timely manner to allow me to make an appointment. Second time using with the same level of service. Bravo.

Called Door Company to replace bottom weather stripping on 16 ft garage door. Appointment was made for 9:30 am. Service man came at noon. Did good job and also replaced broken metal roller and adjusted rail. Did not understand some of the additional charges on bill "Freight weight". But otherwise would recommend company to others. Thanks.
